Best Value Shipping Prices - We provide you with best value shipping options.  To see your shipping costs and options simply add your products to cart, and view your shopping cart page.   On your shopping cart page, you will find a "Esimate and Shipping" box at the bottom left, where you can see your shipping options before you check out. (This option will be available at checkout.)  *Please call before placing an order for any expedited shipping, as we have warehouses in many locations thoughout the USA, and we may be able to save you time and money.  Also, in many cases we upgrade UPS ground to UPS 2nd day air for free, depending on the warehouse we can ship from.

Next Day Air "Over Night" Special Shipping - Only $35.00 Your package can be delivered overnight to any state in the continental USA if your order is over $70.00 and under 10 lbs. You must call to be approved for this special as there are other restrictions that apply such as dimensional weight.  If it is an emergency order, call to verify overnight shipping.  To qualify:

1.   Orders must meet a $70.00 minimum purchase.
2.   UPS overnight only.
3.   All items in the order must be to the same address.  For your order to be received the next day, your order must be placed, and payment must be received by 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.

**EMERGENCY ORDERS – CALL FOR EMERGENCY SHIPPING.  We have a complementary, flat rate UPS Overnight shipping rate of only $35.00 for in-stock items, but you must call to verify, because restrictions apply.  Our delivery time can be 1 to 10 days unless you make special shipping arrangements.

Same Day Shipping -   Orders placed on items that we currently have in stock, or are in stock at one of our affiliate warehouse(s). generally will be shipped the same day if orders are placed and payment is received by 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.  If the items ordered are in-stock at the factory, orders generally will ship 1-3 days from the factory by Standard UPS.   If it is an Emergency order, please call to upgrade your shipping service to Next Day Air or 2nd Day Shipping.   See our UPS Overnight $35 Flat Rate Special that is available under certain conditions. In many cases we upgrade ground UPS to 2nd Day Air for FREE.  Same Day shipping is complementary, and is dependent on our production schedules and how busy we are.   It is not guaranteed but you can call to verity.

Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. The delivery time is also based on stock availability of all part(s). Delivery time is calculated on business days which are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. All shipments are prepaid before shipment. All orders are charged Shipping & Handling with standard ground transportation unless specified differently, such as free shipping. Free Shipping items will be send standard ground UPS, and restrictions may apply. An additional handling charge will NOT be added to shipments of back-ordered items. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as shipment from point specified by customer will be added to order total and will be prepaid before shipped. Export orders may be subject to special terms and conditions.
Order Confirmation
After purchasing your order, and monies are transferred and received by Steel Enterprises, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will also receive a email confirmation with login and password information, giving you access to your online account at parts-HVAC.com.  You can log into your account at parts-HVAC.com at any time to check on your shipping, account history, wishlist, and more.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is placed, you will receive an email via email, and you can also log into your parts-hvac.com account on our website to view your tracking order and account history.

Special Order Items
Special Order Items(There are "No Cancellations ") You cannot cancel once we place the order from the factory for non-stock items, or orders that are custom made.  Special Order items require some additional time before they can be shipped.  Your Special Order item will be shipped once your item is ready, your payment is approved in advance, and the receiving address is verified.  You will be notified of the status of your Special Order item by e-mail and/or by logging into your account online.  There are "No Cancellations".
Damaged Parts & Freight
All products are checked, inspected, and packaged by our affiliate warehouses or manufacturer prior to release to the carrier.  Upon delivery to the carrier, the shipment becomes technically your property.  All freight equipment items are requested to be securely strapped to a wooden pallet before shipment. This will greatly reduce the likelihood of damage during transportation.

Before signing a delivery receipt from your carrier, please follow the following directions to protect yourself:

  • Make sure you received all the items specified on the bill.  If anything is missing, note this on the receipt and have the driver sign your copy.
  • Note any external damage to cartons on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign the copy also.
  • Unpack each carton in the driver's presence and carefully inspect each item. Note any damage on your delivery sheet, and have the driver sign your copy.  File a claim with your Carrier immediately.
  • After the driver leaves, if you find damage that was concealed, call the driver immediately for an inspection. Keep all contents and packing material in the same condition as when the damage was discovered.  Take pictures to help support your own claim.
  • If the equipment is delivered seems to be damaged beyond repair, please refuse the shipment.  You can write down on the shipping documents exactly why you refused delivery.  Get a copy of the receipt from the driver with your remarks.
Lost Packages
If your order was not delivered, but your tracking number information states that it has been delivered, please call us at 570-763-5334.  We will help you by conducting a tracer investigation or with filing a claim against the shipping company.  Steel Enterprises will not send a replacement package if the order is urgent, as the purchaser will have to wait until the matter is resolved.
Special Handling Charges

FREIGHT Re-Delivery - When for whatever reason, consignee cannot or will not accept shipment upon initial attempted delivery, the shipper will redeliver the shipment at a charge of $7.50 per CWT, subject to a minimum charge of $85.00 and a maximum charge of $685.00.  This charge is an additional to all other applicable rates and charges.  In connection with shipments to private residences, this item will apply only after the carrier has reached agreement with the consignee or consignor regarding the date and time (approximate) of delivery of the shipment and the carrier, through the fault of the consignee, is unable to effect deliver as scheduled.

UPS-FEDEX - All orders are charged Shipping & Handling for standard ground transportation unless specified when requesting a quote.  Quick shipments such as "Next Day Air" ,"Second Day Air" or "Saturday Delivery" and FEDEX are available for your convenience.  For large shipments, we will decide the freight company that meets your needs and as we have accounts with major freight carriers, we can in some cases, save you money.  All internet orders are shipped standard ground delivery, with delivery time approximately 10 business days.  We will provide you with a time estimation and choices available if you request a quote.  All parts will generally ship the same day as ordered,  if they are available in stock in our associated warehouses. For orders under $50.00, handling fees as much as $4.50 will apply.
