The MARS fan capacitor 12386 IS NOT a direct replacement, but can be used as a substitute for 030010034R fan capacitor. Both fan capacitors are 4uf @450 but the prongs of the MARS 12386 are 3/16 in width vs. the prongs on the 030010034R fan capacitor which are the standard 1/4 inch thickness. Be careful what you label direct replacement.
