I was in need of a part & came across your website, but the part # was slightly different from what number I had, so I called & a very nice lady named Michele answered.
Now believe me, I deal with many purchases from companies I am not familiar with and will say for the most part I am greeted with kind customer service reps.
But today I met the very best of them all, Michele! This young lady helped me with my many questions over & above what would be considered great customer service. She even had the website data fixed in a jiffy aligning the data to show the true data for this part#. She did all this when my first call was at 4:35pm... just minutes before the end of her work day. I have regular suppliers that would not like it if I called so late in the day with an order let alone so many questions needing answers.

We needed am emergency part fast, and Michele made sure we had it shipped the same day, even though it was 4PM.
She went out of her way and for just 15 dollars we had it shipped UPS Next day air all the way to California!
