The standard, built in aquastat is 110F / 90F Reverse-Acting.  This means that the fan turns on when the hot water temperature reaches 110F and turns off when the water temperature drops to 90F.  If you need hotter water, you can order the Quiet-One S10028 for fan 130F/On and Fan 110F/Off
